Registry of Planning Welcomes New Registrar, Bids Farewell to Outgoing
(Standing) HW Kwizera, the incoming Registrar Planning and Development
On Friday (September 25, 2020), staff at the Registry of Planning and Development gathered to welcome new Registrar, HW Amos Kwizera and bid farewell to outgoing Registrar, HW Samuel Emokor.
HW Emokor was transferred to Judiciary Headquarters as Registrar High Court while HW Kwizera has been at Mbarara High Court as Deputy Registrar. President Yoweri Museveni recently promoted the two to full Registrars.
HW Emokor assured the incoming RPD of the commitment and teamwork of the Registry staff to ensure set targets are meant.
HW Kwizera thanked the outgoing RPD and wished him well in his new office. "You replaced me as PA CJ, now I am replacing you as RPD. I hope we shall always move together."
The Senior Policy Analyst, Mr Ceasor Kagoro who coordinated the event appreciated the staff for playing their roles to make the Registry shine.
Deputy Registrar, HW Khainza Eleanor and Mr Besigye Aaron, the National Coordinator for Justice Centers Uganda witnessed the event.
